What is the duration of my membership?
Once you sign up for WalletWise, you become a member for life. You can choose between a free or a premium membership during the registration process. A premium membership requires a one-time payment, while a free membership has some restrictions on the number of deals you can access.
How can I end my membership?
If you wish to end your membership and get a refund, please go to our Refunds & Billing page. We will help you with the process if you have a premium membership.
I am a parent and my child has registered for your service without my consent
WalletWise is a service that is only meant for people who are 16 years or older. If someone is under 18 years old, they need to have their parents' permission to register. Our registration form and terms and conditions clearly state this requirement. If you find out that your child has ignored this rule, please contact our support team. They will help you get a full refund and delete the account and data of your child.

How do I stop receiving emails?
